TENSION IN IGBO EZE NORTH AS PDP MEMBERS REVOLT AGAINST CHAIRMAN

As the 2023 general elections gets nearer, political activities in Igboeze North LGA have continued to attract attention of various interest persons and groups. However, PDP stalwarts and stakeholders in Igbo-Eze North have continued to raise concerns about certain ugly developments in the People Democratic Party of the State.

One of such various complaints is coming from Mr Desmond Anayo Odo, one of the Party leaders in Essodo ward 2 of the PDP Igbo Eze North Local Government areas of Enugu State

In a Press release to newsmen, Mr Desmond Odo raises concerns about the untold negative activities of the Local Government  PDP Chairman, Chief Alexander Nebechi Urama, saying his nefarious action and activities towards the party may be tantamount to the progress of the PDP in the coming general election.

Some of the prayers sought by Mr Desmond in the release include:

1- That Chief Alexander Nebechi Urama should be SUSPENDED and stripped-off his position as the Local Government Chairman of the Party pending investigations into the allegations.

2- That Chief Alexander Nebechi should not be restrained from further influencing members of the Party in the Igbo-Eze North LGA until the Party leader Governor Ugwuanyi issues appropriate directives

3- That appropriate sanctions be metted to Chief Alexander be found guilty to serve as detriment to others and for restorationof sanity in the Local government chapter of the Party.
