Tension has continued to heighten in the country, concerning purported STAMP DUTY Fraud currently ravaging the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN, where over N70trn (Seventy Trillion Naira) is said to being operated by private investors account through illegitimate arrangements allegedly in connivance with the CBN governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele.
